Core Values

  • Health & Wellness

We value physiological, social, environmental, spiritual, intellectual, mental and financial health as essential to effectively serve God and the community. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

  • Family

We value fostering, loving, and supporting families through the example of Jesus the Christ. We value the Church, the body of Christ, as a corporate family unit intended to care, nurture, discipline, and support all families throughout life’s journey. (Genesis 28:14; Romans 8:14-16; Ephesians 3:14-15)

  • Youth

We value the GOD given talents and gifts of the youth by training them in the spirit of love and the Gospel of Jesus the Christ. Therefore, we are committed to creating opportunities that will foster youth leadership and participation within the church and the community through adult mentoring, modeling, and guidance. (Proverbs 22:6; Deuteronomy 6:6-7)

  • Education

We value the pursuit of excellence through continuous self-improvement, thereby creating an atmosphere of lifelong learning and edification. (Proverbs 8:10-11)

  • Senior Care

We value and honor our elders for their dedication, service, experience, wisdom and love through ministries that seek to improve the quality of their lives. We seek to meet their needs through prayer, health and wellness, and visitation. (Leviticus 19:32; Matthew 25:40)

  • Social Justice

We value the ability of every person to fulfill his/her role and purpose in society, regardless of race, ethnicity, class, or gender. We seek to work together for justice, give voice to and encourage the oppressed and defend the cause of the “least of these”—the most vulnerable members of the church and community. (Isaiah 1:17)

  • Technology

We value reaching the community through the use of innovative technology, such as social media, to connect people positively and relationally to the truth of Jesus the Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15)
